Contractual Maintenance

Regular maintenance service is essential to ensure that fire extinguishing systems, fire cabinets, and equipment in a building or workplace are regularly inspected and any deficiencies are addressed. Testing the functionality of fire systems after installation and addressing any deficiencies that arise after fire drills and simulations highlight the importance of periodic maintenance.

Fire-related products and mechanisms that should not be neglected in terms of periodic maintenance include automatic fire suppression systems, detection and alarm systems, pump sets, emergency lighting and directional mechanisms, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire extinguishing devices, fire cabinets, and hose reel systems.

After the periodic maintenance, the authorized service should provide the customer with a copy of the maintenance report forms. Any detected leaks, malfunctions, or system issues should be reported, and the improvement efforts for addressing these issues should be specified in the report.
